Successful Conclusion of 2024 International Conference on Remote Sensing Technology and Survey Mapping (RSTSM2024)

2024年遥感技术与测量测绘国际学术会议（RSTSM 2024）已成功召开

2024 International Conference on Remote Sensing Technology and Surveying and Mapping (RSTSM2024) was successfully conducted online on January 12, 2024.

The conference witnessed a significant turnout with more than 60 participants from prestigious China domestic and international universities and institutes. Among these institutions were Sun Yat-sen University, Tongji University, Information Engineering University, Jilin University, Northeast Normal University, Northwest University, Suzhou University of Science and Technology, Xi'an University of Science and Technology, University of Science and Technology Liaoning, Beijing Institute of Space Mechanics and Electricity, China Railway Shanghai Design Institute Group Co., Ltd., North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering, Sichuan Highway Planning, Survey, Design and Research Institute, and many others. Additionally, the RSTSM 2024 garnered immense attention with over 1200 viewers tuning in to the online live broadcast.

Professor Jianjun Zhao from Northeast Normal University, Professor Chunmei Wang from Northwest University, Professor Chao Chen from Suzhou University of Science and Technology, and Associate Professor Qingzhi Zhao from Xi'an University of Science and Technology delivered exceptional keynote speeches at the conference.

Several authors from the Beijing Institute of Space Mechanics and Electricity, Tongji University, and Information Engineering University delivered oral presentations of their papers. The attending experts had in-depth discussions on the latest research achievements and advanced experiences in the industry and shared unique insights into the trends and future research directions of the discipline and remote sensing industry.

The conference is designed to serve as an exchange platform for experts, scholars, engineers, technicians, and R&D personnel involved in remote sensing, surveying, mapping, and geographic information. It aims to facilitate the exchange of scientific research findings and cutting-edge technologies, facilitate a comprehensive understanding of academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussions, and ultimately promote the industrialization of academic achievements. 来自中山大学、同济大学、信息工程大学、吉林大学、东北师范大学、西北大学、苏州科技大学、西安科技大学、辽宁科技大学、北京空间机电研究所、中铁上海设计院集团有限公司、北华航天工业学院、四川省公路规划勘察设计研究院等30余所国内外知名院校的60余人参加了此次学术会议，线上直播获超1200人次观看。

东北师范大学赵建军教授、西北大学王春梅教授、苏州科技大学陈超教授和西安科技大学赵庆志副教授会议主题做了精彩的报告。来自北京空间机电研究所、同济大学、信息工程大学的多位投稿作者带来论文口头报告。与会专家深入交流了行业发展的最新研究成果和先进经验，分享了对学科及遥感行业发展趋势和研发方向的独到见解。

大会旨在为从事遥感、测量、测绘、地理信息的专家学者、工程技术人员、技术研发人员提供一个共享科研成果和前沿技术，了解学术发展趋势，拓宽研究思路，加强学术研究和探讨，促进学术成果产业化合作的平台。大会诚邀国内外高校、科研机构专家、学者，企业界人士及其他相关人员持续关注本会议。
